  5. Every letter we send out has our signature on it. If you send out a
  6. multitude of letters, the amount of time you spend signing your name,
  7. not to mention the cramps you may experience, can cost you money.

  10. signature and they will return either a TrueType font for Windows, a HP
  11. LaserJet format font for DOS or both. These are digitized signatures.
  12. What is a digitized signature? The answer from Orbit: A digitized
  13. signature is a person's hand-written signature that has been reproduced
  14. in its identical form with a scanner. It can be used within any computer
  15. software programs, giving the impression that your letters and documents
  16. have been personally signed. Your digitized signature can be stored on a
  17. computer disk until needed, then can be easily inserted into documents
  18. that are printed on your laser printer to save time  and effort.

  20. I received the Windows TrueType font. Installation was quick following
  21. the simple instructions provided. Within minutes I added my signature as
  22. a permanent part of a template I use in MS Word for Windows. I just
  23. print a letter, and place it in an envelope ready for mailing. No more
  24. having to sign the letter. I find it extremely useful for those times
  25. when I cannot actually sign a document. I use  WinFax Pro, and a fax
  26. modem. When I fax someone from my computer, I cannot sign the letter or
  27. note. With my signature as a font, I NEVER have that problem, and the
  28. document looks as if I used a stand alone fax machine to send it.

  30. Signatures are usually processed within three working days from the time
  31. Orbit receives it. However, you can have it done overnight by sending it
  32. to them that way, and paying the additional shipping charges.

  35. several lines of text. Lets say you wanted to add a personal touch to
  36. letters, by having a line such as: We always wish to please our
  37. customer, and then your signature. Orbit charges each line as a
  38. signature, so in this case of two lines you would pay at the rate of two
  39. signatures. If you have multiple signatures Orbit will give you a
  40. discount. You can also save by creating both a DOS and Windows version
  41. of your signature or saying.
